The mAT-180H is an automatic antenna tuner specifically designed for ICOM radios. It is compatible with most modern transceivers for ICOM. When used with a radio for ICOM, the mAT-CI control cable is required.

Description:
This model is specially designed for use with original radios for ICOM and is fully compatible with the original AH-3 and AH-4 automatic antenna tuners. Any transceiver that supports these two tuners can also use the mAT-180H, including the IC-706, 703, 718, 7000, 7100, 7200, 7300, 7410, 746, 756, and 7600 series radios. Its operation is identical to the original tuner — tuning can be completed with a single button press, making it simple and convenient.

It can efficiently tune dipole antennas such as horizontal, inverted-V, V-shaped, Yagi, and loop antennas, as well as monopole antennas like long-wire, sloper, and whip antennas. Its performance is far superior to that of typical built-in tuners.

The tuner also features a manual fine-tuning function, allowing for precise adjustment after automatic tuning to achieve the lowest possible Standing Wave Ratio (SWR).
